Inditex has undergone a massive downgrade from Morgan Stanley which is now in doubt of its long term earnings sustainability. Our EPS growth grade has fallen to a bearish 44 owing to MS’ EPS downgrade. What’s more our regional matrix has become bearish on Europe, forcing us to reduce the number of our European trades.
